Contributor guidelines
This is an 18+ Zine, and all contributors must be 18+ at time of application.Please read these guidelines in full before applying, and review our schedule here. Reach out with any questions and we will be more than happy to help.What is Future?Future is a canon based BKDK zine, focused on exploring the possibilities for Izuku and Katsuki post-graduation. We want to celebrate the end of MHA and the years of joy it has brought the community.Contributor compensationContributor compensation is dependent on the level of success of the zine. At minimum, all contributors will receive a digital bundle of the Zine, add-ons and digital merch. Should sales allow, contributors will receive anything from a standalone physical Zine to a full bundle. We are striving to provide all who would like one a physical bundle. If we hit and exceed our break-even cost, profits will be equally divided amongst all mods and contributors.Should our profit after contributor bundles be too low to feasibly divide, we will donate the remaining funds. The charity will be voted on within the server discord.General contributor guidelines💚If you’re accepted all Zine pieces will be required to depict Izuku and Katsuki in a romantic relationship.🧡If you require an extension for your piece contact mods immediately and we can discuss options.💚A discord server will be used for communication. If you are accepted you will be emailed a google form, at the end of which will have the server link🧡You are free to apply for more than one position, but we cannot guarantee acceptance for more than one position.💚Please don’t share any Zine information outside of the discord server. This includes wips, screenshots, concepts and discussions.🧡Your work must be submitted for feedback at check-ins. Should you finish your piece early, send it in and we will give you feedback ASAP.💚Any bigotry will see you immediately removed from the project.🧡AI generated content is strictly forbidden. Should you be found using AI you will be immediately removed from the project.💚We will have two add-ons. Artists will be able to claim pieces for our 1-A add-on, and anyone can choose to contribute to the NSFW add-on. You will not receive extra compensation if you choose to submit work for these, it is completely voluntary.🧡Please don’t share your finished piece until given the go-ahead by mods. We will make an announcement in the discord when you are free to share.💚We will ask that you share a work preview shortly before preorders open. We will assist all contributors in deciding what to post for the preview.🧡The Zine is BKDKBK, so switching will be allowed in the nsfw section.Writer guidelines💚Future will be accepting at least six writers through applications.🧡You will be expected to write one completed work of 3k words, with a 10% margin.💚We will ask that you share your work/s as a google doc, with suggestion permissions allowed.🧡We will ask you to pitch two to three ideas to the mod team for selection. Canon divergence will be up to mod approval.Page Artist guidelines💚Future will be accepting at least twenty artists through applications.🧡Your work must conform to an A5 template and be 300 dpi. We ask you colour in CMYK for printing purposes, but if you choose to provide an RGB version of your work for the digital Zine you are free to (optional).Merch artists guidelines💚Future will be accepting at least two merch artists through applications.🧡Merch artists will be required to design 2 physical pieces.💚Pieces will be specified in the discord server.🧡You will be asked to submit 2-3 pitches per merch item for mod selection.
Application guidelines

At least one of your samples must be sfw, and please provide any applicable content warnings.💚Please be mindful of what your samples contain. We ask you avoid providing works with problematic content like scat, non-con, shotacon, ect. If you have further questions regarding this please reach out. You won’t be penalised for what you create outside of the Zine.🧡Please provide three of your best works. If you would like you are welcome, and encouraged, to provide your portfolio. If doing so please provide this as a google doc link.💚Any AI content included in an application will see you immediately denied.Writer guidelines🧡Please provide a minimum of two samples, with a third optional sample.💚At least one sample must depict bkdk in a romantic relationship.🧡At least one sample must be a standalone piece (no additional context needed for it to make sense). Any excerpts must make sense on their own.💚Samples should be 2-3.5k words.🧡Links to twitter threads or Ao3 are not accepted.💚Please provide google docs or dropbox links for samples.🧡Please provide portfolios as google doc or dropbox folders.Page artist guidelines💚Please provide a minimum of three samples in the style you intend to create for the Zine, and a maximum of five in your primary portfolio.🧡If providing a portfolio please use samples in the style you intend to create for the Zine.💚A secondary portfolio with wips, experiments, sketches and any other works is welcome.🧡Samples of work featuring Izuku and Katsuki are prefered (separately or together).💚Google drive or dropbox folders are preferred. Twitter links are not accepted.Merch artist guidelines🧡Please provide a minimum of three samples, and a maximum of five in your primary portfolio.💚Merchandise samples are beneficial but not required.🧡Should you wish to create prints, at least one sample must have a full colour background.💚Samples of work featuring Izuku and Katsuki are prefered (separately or together).🧡Google drive or dropbox folders are preferred
